For anyone else having trouble with the hands, overwritting "corvalho's fempyro" textures when asked made it work, I'm sure that other fempyro model is now broken and I've gotta redownload it if I ever need to use it but meh, does the trick.

Does not show up at all, installed, deleted, reinstalled many times, Every time it shows up as error and console claims its not even an mdl file, only conflicts with other mods are texture "conflicts" of models coming packaged with base textures, nothing should be causing the model to fail to load.

@Gantiox You have to manually add them on. Typically, when I get an model like this one, what I'll do is add the normal version of the model into my scene and add the item I want. Then, I either delete the original model, lock the item to the enhanced version, and zero it (ask me for more information), or, if I'm not feeling lazy, I look for the file name ( a simple portion of it will do) in the TF2 folder after pressing "Add New Model".

For some reason, the models hands are simply a bunch of random textures. I've only seen this error once before, with a different model, and it was due to me forgetting to download the pack manually too. How do I fix it?

The model was enhanced, you can notice the gas mask and gloves are smoother and Pyro looks a bit smaller.

I'm saying the model is broken. The mdl in the download isn't even an mdl. The first three bytes in the file are VTF, but an mdl file should start with IDST followed by the path to the file from the root directory.

The model is corrupted or something. SFM complains about it not being an actual model. Opening the mdl with a hex editor shows that it's a VTF? Haven't tried opening it with vtfedit. Don't download this. Download the original hi-poly pyro.

Not the whole model, because that would create a ridiculous amount of problems. All of the parts have been subdivided and cleaned up.

the pouch bodygroup doesnt work for me, it is not removable, rather it seems like theres a second pouch wich is not removable :U
