Nope Tank is still vertical.

So sorry for getting to you so late. I managed to fix the problem of the Spearmen issue. However, now the tanks are vertical and stuck in the ground. I tried exiting and reentering the game but that did not work. I'm going to now try and enter into Civ V after completely exiting the game and see if that helps.

As far as if this is the only mod that I added. No I added other mods to the game. Is there only supposed to be this mod and no other?

I had a problem with the mod where the scorpion tank was spearmen. Is there something I'm missing in order to get the scorpion tank to work?
