I am working on a city based on los angeles and for your first asset this looks really nice. I hope all is correct cuz my english is not perfect =)

@Dahl You're right! The real courthouse is on a slope. Unfortunately I wasn't quite sure how an uneven model would work with CS's Asset Editor, so I made the artistic decision of raising it on a pedestal to keep the staircase and ADA ramps on the sides. Plus, I figured most people tend to build on flat areas, so raising it would make the asset more versatile.

Nice, but the real thing is actually partially sunken into the ground at some street levels and it's not raised... would've been cool if you could've incorporated that
