None of the departments work. They all flash red when filled, says there's no regular wards.

The personal runs in zig zag in the ICU unit. I think its because the walls and the doors. Also the pharmacy is too small. If you run over 60 patients, you get in the mid of the day the warning, that the pharmacy is too small and the visitor center is too small. When you have a lot of patients in the stations.

But i love the map, no workshop mods requierd.

Renamed from 'empty' to 'no staff'- the name was meant to distinguish this from the second scenario we uploaded that is already staffed, but it will be more clear this way.
