You're probably just not waiting for the addons to load before entering a match or you're playing a custom map with custom horde sounds, I use this addon myself and can confirm it's always worked properly

Not working for me either and have checked that no mod conflicts with it.

mods sadly doesn't work, even waited for everything to load. it doesn't even play the stock horde alert, just outright cuts it out

I hear the siren of the addon with the scripted hordes, but for the random ones i have the default sound, is bugged for me or is like that?
