I don't know what is going on in my game, but I assume the current 82+ Great General Points i am earning per turn is due to a bug!

It's not animated no, all my mods use 2D portraits. You'll find the only modder who actually does original 3D work is Sukritact.

I don't suppose this is animated? I'll probably use it anyway, but I think I've been spoiled by some of the leader mods out here that have animations, lol

Excellent work and deep knowlegde of Greek history, Pheidon and Polycrates are not very known figures even in Greece. Would be interested in modern greek leaders. If you need any ideas, we could talk.
