If anyone has problems using the console, by default it is opened by pressing the "`" key (located under your ESC key, top left). still not opening? go to Options>Controls>Advaanced>Enable Developer Console. (may vary between languages)

Yeah, your normal movement pace is at a jogging pace one could say. Holding Alt makes you walk like a civilian.

You should make the entities be able to spawn SPECIFIC paints, foods, and chemicals, also waters.

WALK, USE and RELOAD are IN_KEYS that you have bound to your keyboard ( E key for USE for example ).

the reason i was asking is it doest like working with the WALK function, im not sure if its from having to many mods, a bug, or im doing it wrong. thats why i ask.

These are just world entities you spawn from your entities spawn menu, the list of inputs is listed here.

Please make a separate mod/chage the current one that lets you splash the paint from paint cans just like the original ones from HL2! That would be so great! Splashing paint on npcs, imagine that.

Any way to change the cooldown time for the item spawners? Along with the rate at which you can consume bits off the food pile? Would be great news if that were possible!

To blend stuff use blending liquid and place it near the object you want to blend, and by walking I mean you have to hold ALT(IN_WALK) key do perform different action on them.
