This head may not fit the way you want it to. I think I chopped the neck a little short to use as a replacement. Ppl were looking for gibbed heads something like the spy head used in one of the trailers.

They all install to the workshop\models\player\hwm folder. Even though I use the current TF2 materials, the models download all the materials as well. It may be that there is a conflict between the downloaded materials and your TF materials. The only materials that need to be kept are the {class_neck) and the Demo eye textures. Everything else should be on your computer already. (One of the flaws of the Workshop, I guess)

I downloaded all the current heads, and all of them show up as errors except the Spy head.

Yup, that's basically it.

So it's basically just the head modle for, say if Demoman cutted sniper's head off and sniper's head was still talking, right? I could use Medic's head for silly purposes
