I've setup the traffic lights to keep the road gates closed when people are crossing the street.
This is just an example of how to NOT use it: way too crowded, so use such a setup elsewere in your prison on a road where less people are likely to cross the road. Kill the Logic Bridge nearby the cargo station to let the trucks move like they should.

May I inquire as to what "vending storage" is?

When the map loads, you must not click the mouse, otherwise Windows thinks the game is not responding and crashes it. Perhaps you were impatient? It's the last thing I can think of. The mod is huge and it needs some time to load.

If the mod downloaded and works for 4 seconds then it either didn't download everything correctly, or you have some other mods running which mess up, or there is some old rubbish in the mods folder which tackles the game.

Also please be aware that this map and mod are NOT compatible with the 2018 version of the game, so perhaps you're just running it with the old IV build.

But I can't see from here what's wrong on your machine, the only thing I can assure you is that the map works fina and stable when I load it from Steam. Again, most likely is a corrupted mod download since Steam won't tell you if mods came in OK or not. You can dump the debug.txt on pastebin if you want so I can have a look, perhaps it reveals what went wrong.

This map loads fine from Steam, I see no issues. So most likely downloading the mod failed on your end. It might take a while and steam can fk up, so follow troubleshooting at the mods page and grab it manually.

crashes my game after about 4 seconds of opening this, and crashed the game in its entirety for about 15 minutes because when i got to the click to continue it froze and crashed
