you are absolutely right, the chug sound was indeed addet during the try-out stages with the vehicle effects. I at some point added new sounds and then forgot to remove the file involving chugs, most likely as i did not hear them anymore. I am sorry about that one. As for the XML it is to some part unclear to me, which specific part you recognized as yours. I have indeed started by adapting parts of your xml files, but subsequently modified them to my own needs.
I suggest the following:
I removed the chug sounds with an update as well as the link to my paypal in the description. I will mention you in my description, as the xml files are somewhat based on that. Would that be okay for you? Let me know, cheers!

You should credit me for the vehicle effect XML's you used and the the chug movement sound effect i created that you blatantly ripped off from one of my previous assets.

as well as cease advertising donation links on stuff that is not entirely your work but lends parts of that of others.

i spent hours trying to perfect these values and get the sounds working right, get everything to reverse properly, for it to be ripped off like this with nary a mention is frankly, very offensive.

If you fail to comply to this i will have no other option other than to DMCA this asset.
