@Futsub it does work, i have a natural and a burning in my colony and they do teach each other, one thing is the disinterested (forgot the name it has the empty spark) is counted as a passion so they can teach although it makes no sense

whats just as odd it that this error didn't seem to show up before the DLC drop and if need be I can copy the error log

it would seem that when a pawn tries to Educate another pawn in the toughness skill it causes an error although the error does not seem to do anything it does pops up quite often.

It appears that in your PawnEducation_InteractionDefs.xml, you can define the social skills gained from each interaction. If I want to modify it so that each interaction can increase the experience points of multiple skills simultaneously, how should I proceed? The AI's method doesn't seem very effective. I've tried replacing "social" with "cooking" alone, and it worked. However, I don't know how to add other skills. Your code comments state that “we don't need to pollute the InteractionDef pool with a different 'education interaction' per skill”, but how exactly is this done?

what I did actually worked, it was just me getting unlucky with probabilities and assuming it didn't work. that's why I deleted the comment. sorry for giving you even more notifications. what you did helped me a lot in the end. thank you

@Wemijei It was the only place I found it actually checked the level. But I dont know what mod you use to bypass the level cap.

Some mods allows bypassing level 20, which ends up completely disabling the Master Education upon passing it. Is there a way to change this? I couldn't find anything useful on xml files

I posted about a bug occurring with Vehicle framework helicopters and shuttles throwing a log spam while they landed into bandit camp quest locations, Phil said that the error in the log was coming from Pawn Education. Here is a pair of logs during testing for a repeatable process.

i noticed that RWJ The NSFW mod from loverslab create a log error every time a pawn try to teach about the new skill the mod provides

Skills wont really get equal, but more than that there will be tons of positive mood from being taught which is more unbalanced imo.

Not many feedback on the balance side here, so I'm assuming .. No complaints? ... I just don't want to end up with equally skilled pawns within the same year time period if anybody can give feedback

@Brenda Sponge most likely goes back down, as I doubt the mod was coded expecting levels greater than 20 so it's probably just a check for 20

Though possibly works as your level can actually be 20-20.99 so may just be greater than 20, but be prepared to ere on the side of caution xD

Just curious Mad skills lets pawns go above 20, does the 8-x still get popped or does it go downto the one lower
Student gets a 8x xp multiplier if the teacher is a master (Skill = 20).

What's the main difference between this and Craftsmanship?
It looks like this has bonus mood and the master lesson while Craftsmanship has bonus chance of gaining a passion.

Is this compatible with Interests? Like, would the Genius or Inspirational passions have any effect? Even if it just counts as a "burning passion", that would work fine.

Do you think in the social tab you can add to the message if their skill levels up? Like player's intellect increased +1. Haven't noticed any balancing issues, nice that my pawns are learning the tools of the trade from others. I'm not really sure if anyones had any noticeable skill increases yet.
