Does the mod replace things only when server start or constantly replacing, ex: admin spawn an item that's in the replace list

Think this is a viable solution if I leave this on all the time and I just manually occasionally re-enable spawn events to naturally respawn vehicles? (When I see a low amount of vehicles)

I am trying to figure out a "band-aid" for these Black Screens, NaNa altitudes, and etc. with Expansion vehicles on my server, fresh vehicles seem less afliicted.

It requires configuration (only the vehicle class names are required in case you want to replace with same vehicle, e.g. MyModCar1 = MyModCar1 etc.).

Yes correct. Btw, in the hopefully not-too-far future there will be a large-ish update, which will not only allow you to replace vehicles but ANY item in game (via config file) and it will transfer (if possible) attachments or replace them.

This looks interesting.. so when you say it also transfers key pairings - but only if the key is not in a player's inventory. Just so I'm right the key needs to be in a tent or something... this wont work if the player logs out with it in his inventory?

I might think about it. But this mod is more of a temporary solution to an idea I have, so we'll see.
