Wow It's a retextured Gman. Although the RP_Downtown_V2 files do contain a Gman figure so maybe that is what people thought was a ghost. Or maybe their is such a thing.

You can spawn it in any other map. I just made rp_downtown_v2 in the Required Items for no reason.
