After you subscribe to it it should show up in your list, if you have L4D2 characters you'd have to deactivate them in order to use Ghost

You might need to reinstall, and there's an issue where if you have Nick from L4D2 as an addon, Ghost won't spawn. If you have that addon, just deactivate it and hopefully it works

It's because they share the same model name, the only fix at the moment is just for you to deactivate your L4D2 Nick addon, I'll have to go back and update it

Actually There is a program that I used, it's just a converter, it's called GCFScape, it's a pretty easy to use program that I completely forgot that I used it
