Ahhh. Well, its nice to see it back, and now streamlined and whatnot. I got quite a kick out of seeing Chernenko in Civ, though on account of YNAEMP problems I haven’t played as him yet.

I was the one who coded the original version and gave Grant approval for the redesign. In fact, I'm genuinely overjoyed that Chernenko has been updated, even including some ideas similar to my original design ideas (I originally wanted a unique similar to the Friendship Games unique seen here.) The original design process was toxic, and I didn't even want to release the initial version until Grant himself talked me into it.

This civ is rightfully Grant's.
