Might want to check with the mod author for Chosen Spark Arsenal. Typically, it would have tech requirements and if the Chosen Weapon research has been replaced with a different one it may not work anymore.

yeah i'm just crossing the list of what could cause my game to not unlock the pg project after killing and researching the chosen weapons

@MazingerZero You can, but PGOv2 wouldn't know the items that you have gotten so far. It only remembers what you get from that point onwards. So the experimental projects will not disappear until you have gotten all the items all over again.
