@CatWithABat Think of it like this. A marked police charger is not manufactured by the police station or district. Dodge makes the car, that is then turned into a police car. Volga is a rescue service, like how the police are part of emergency services. (Excluding the airport firetruck) Volga just buys vehicles into the fleet and puts liveries on them. This vehicle for example ^ It is a KarmaT7 bought by Volga and turned into a rescue vehicle.

@CatWithABat Volga is going to cover most of my rescue/logistics vehicles. Most sedans and medium vehicles will be under Stupid. Its not really a company either- the only things produced by Volga are the firetruck and the heli station. All others just have a volga variant. (Like a normal car vs police version)
