you can remove the provisions from the shopkeeper quite easily if you are interested in that

It's Possible, but I don't recomend it. The whole point is to make a diferent economy and way to play so it's best experienced in a new game. (you may also lose some town upgrades doing so)

This mod changes a lot, so it was made to use in a new game.
I don't know what is your mod list to have cause the corruption but to solve it:

As for corrupted save you can go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\91445968\262060\remote" and look for the backup folder inside the save files and change for the corrupted files.

It corrupted my game of 47 weeks and gave me false hope....

Unfortunately I dont know how to open LOC files or where are text located if it not in LOC.
As for me it is enough to replace lines like this "upgrade_tree_tooltip_description_camping_trainer.event" with the english text, but if you translate the text with a translator, then I and other Russian players will be very grateful.

For some reason, renaming the sea maggots fucks up the UI.
I'm not sure how, why, or how it's even possible but it does.

@LoneDigger I think i found the mod and am trying out what works and what doesn't.
I think it has something to do with the UI. I'll get back to you on it if i find out what it was.

Try to put this mod higher in your mod list.
It's rare a mod that changes the same files that this one, the most commom is the stage coach building but it does not seem to be your problem. If the problem keeps up tell me your mod list and I can see what is causing it.

I've been trying to make this work with my mods, but for some reason, when i start the game, the tavern has the upgrades it should but the descriptions that say everything about the event don't work.
I'm not sure what it is either, is there any mods this isn't compatible with?

I have the problem that the game crashes if I press the button to get the upgrade panel for the survivalist. As info, the mod has almost the highest pior and it worked fine before the newest updated. All the others upgrade panels are working also fine. If I'm right the only mods, which I used, which affects the hamlet itself are skin mods and a mod which upgrade the cap by 30 for heroes.

No problem, happy to help. And you can still expand the number of recruits without problem, the only problem would be if you overwrite the "stage_coach.upgrades". it's the file that changes upgrades cost and requirements.

That's the problem, I have a mod that changes the stage coach upgrades so i can recruit new classes easier it expands it to 32 slots; thanks for the quick response.

The only thing that changes in blacksmith and guild is one adicional requirement from stage coach.
It's possible that you have a mod that changes stage coach upgrades (where the requirement for guild and blacksmith are) and it crashes because it can't find the requiment.
Try to put the mod higher on the mod order.

When I open the blacksmith or guild upgrade menu it crashes the game, are there any changes to those upgrades? It could be a conflict on my end but nothing I'm using touches those upgrades besides maybe this; and when I uninstalled it the menu works fine so... idk.

It changed, when itt was crest was just to avoid COM DLC dependacy

The first time I've used this mod the secondary option for locking in or removing quirks in the sanitarium used crests, now on new saves it only ever uses crystals. Is it random, or did it get changed?

You do need "experienced recruits 4", but they have no requirements.
Look at the last IMG of this mod, it's how it should look like.
if it does not look like that you must have another mod that changes stage coach upgrades

Hey is it me or this mod locks you? since I installed this mod i am unable to upgrate my blacksmith and Guild becouse it tells me to upgrate the stagecoach to experienced recruits 4 but to do that i need to upgrate the guild and blacksmith, does anyone has the same problem or is just a me thing?
