Cuz my testers are useless basically. Half of them didn’t show up to test and the rest somehow didn’t realize the gun was too small

Yeah rear sight is wrong. AK is a flat with a square notch not a circular. Pretty nice other wise, shine on the bolt etc but it doesn't reciprocate when firing. Bolt should come back (obstructing the casing ejection). Gun does seem a tad small compared to the hands but not by tons maybe scale it up by 1.1xish? Think about "can the thumb wrap around to the other side of the gas shroud/cover" for scale. Thumb on a normal size 5'11"-6'2" guys should be able to wrap over the top fairly easy but not so far the thumb can then point down.

Given that I no longer trust my testers. Can someone tell me how much bigger it needs to be. 1.2x?

That one handed sprint animation is beautiful. Gave it a "Gotta Have It" award and included in the AKollection.
