Checking daily for a 1.5 update. I recently started playing rimworld so I missed out on trying it, but I'm very hopeful for an update- ferrets = life. (I did try it anyway, but it loads worlds with only a single ferrex base and no other factions or bases)

After a bit of testing i think i figured out the issue, it was a graphical bug caused by a loading issue, and I've resolved it. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for being ready with support, as well as sitting through my bug reports about the blindfolds not wanting to work properly on the other race mods.

Wearing a hood and blindfold. i haven't done extensive tests regarding other mods/headgear yet as i only noticed the issue this morning, and it would take a long while to do, but so far they seem to be the only race mod of the four i have installed with this particular issue.

i'll do some testing with other headgear, and do it with no mods installed to see if that does anything, if it does i'll sift through my modlist and work out which mods break it and which ones dont. so far i haven't had any headgear issues with the other race mods, other than the blindfold issue i mentioned in the Vulpine and Racc threads, so im skeptical any mods are causing it, but i'll still double and triple check.

Found a bug where sometimes when a Ferrex faces the camera their headgear disappears.

Love this race <3 Thank you for maintaining it :) But I think there is a bug! I can always build the ferrex bussiness network without researching it. Not sure if that's on purpose.

@PaprikaRobin Yes, there is only support for 1.4 for now, the DLC require new graphics, a skill I do not have. Ill try to add support for it later

Would it be possible to make so that ferrexes with rocket launchers remain an uncommon sight ? I feel like this might be due to the fact that civ ferrexes can use weapons with the gun tag, which includes doomsday launchers and triple launchers, using simplegun or advancedgun might be better

I loaded RimWorld with Core, Royalty, Ideology, Humanoid Alien Races, and Ferrex Race
(Continued), and verified that there is no way to close the Hiring Console window.

Did some more research. There are a handful of race bonuses that are in the list of health addons. Ferian, Dwarves, Elves, Half-Elves, Ferians, Wolfman, Soldiermorphs, Liches, Scaleman, Shapeshifter, and the Nearmare race. All of these as far as I know have bodies and are fully realized. Not sure about all of them but they do have the Whole body effects done.

I am using Crystalloids, Dwarves and Ferrex. I saw the elf one because I saw it on a Wolfman and started looking. It seems like a good. :) They do have a Crystalline brain health setting which seems like it would be necessary for all Crystalloids but doesn't automatically populate by itself, unless I am doing it wrong.

Are the Ferrex supposed to have physical presets? I have them for wolfman, dwarf, and elf. You see them as whole body modifications in the Health tab. Do most alien races not have presets? I would have to learn how to mod myself to add a patch but I am well medicated most of the time. I am not complaining, just curious. Thank you.

Mile you are the best & I really appreciate all the time you put into making our Rimworld's more interesting. Just a small bug to report on this one, had a Ferrex lose an eye, replaced it with an Archotech eye & the graphic is in the middle of his face. Not game breaking but immersion disturbing... Again, thanks for all your hard work. How do I give you money???

Think I may have found a bug possibly related to "Ideology". I used the ferex console and skimmed through 3 or 4 applicants, but decided not to get one, well for some reason the game thinks they all joined my group and died cause its telling me I need to have funerals for all of them lol, not a huge deal, but still might be something to look into

why do the animal colonists in your mods live to 1250 by default?? im not good at modding but i had to manually go and change it cause at max their expectancy should be 200 years, i set it to 150
