Also you need to add the right buildings as level 1 buildings with a similar footprint of 1x3 or 2x3 tiles so they can upgrade properly.

I‘m not the biggest zoning professional, but most of these buildings are level 2, so you‘d have to get a mod that lets you control the level-ups. I forgot the name though, sorry :)

these are really nice, can't wait to try them out. This is actually the area I live in, if you want higher than google maps res images of any houses from around the area lmk, i'd be happy to send them your way, this looks like a good mod.
