My version balanced and works in MP
You can check it yourself. Use the instructions "How to adjust drop rates". Make a big chance at loot, kill some zombies, you will get loot.
Now I'm checking it with 0 and I think its working but...
It would be awesome to add belts to zombies cause I find it super strange that in the base game we're the only person in the world that wears belt haha.

1) Try loading the mods in a different order (eg my mod first, then Authentic Z or the other way around)
2) Try disabling this mod and see if the problem persists

@Starcluster Correct, 1 is the max chance for a drop. ie, 0.01 = 1% chance of item dropping.

@Kaisec No way to change the drop rates currently (other than manually modifying the mod files on your PC). I'm working on adding a drop rate option/slider
