I'm not personally sure it could ever be balanced, but I figured making it limited use and relatively annoying to obtain would do some of the work (maybe I shouldnt let you execute the final boss but you know)

really useful to skip the annoying monster enemy fights. Maybe making it so it costs 4/5 energy would make it balanced but also would remove its fun factor
