Got it to work:

Find the mod folder for EU4, for me its:

F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\236850

Then find the mod id by the number (it is 224724850 like the end number URL )

Then extract the files within the "legacy .bin" archive and it works once you activate it within the playset in the launcher.

Unfortunately, it does not work now. Musics can't play.

i take the tumbs down back, cause its good music in there, extracted 80% of it to my personal music folder.
but still does not work in game.

the songs are definitely in folder, the main song is replaced, it also replaces some other vanilla songs, but not all. but you cant check ingame to play the other songs.
so:
mod does not work, and that for months on now it seems. tumbs down.

hmm are you using other music mods at the same time? the game structure hasnt changed so I dont know why the mod would go out of date at all, I'll test it a little

sorry to say but no i just tried it and some songs worked but went up and down in volume most others were just silent. it was one of my favorite mods when it worked but for me it havent worked since you stopped updating it.

this mod will work no matter the version there is nothing to update
