Legal driving time is 11 hours now, not 13. Total time of work day is still 14 hours. 10 hours Off Duty.

It used to be 10 hours driving and 4 hours non driving. 8 hours Off Duty.

Both based on a 70 hour work week.

4-driving time changes to 9 consecutive hours, and rest time changes to 11 hours to make it more realistic
