Cool, I'll have to read more about that. I gotta say, of all the 10th anniversary civs, this and Brazil are my favorites for having a central theme, (this I guess being distance from the capital and coastlines, Brazil's being espionage) instead of a random assortment of bonuses.

What is the basis for the Yampu Runancha? I can't find anything with google.
