What is attacking me? I just get randomly exploded with 0 explanation, on the 2nd easiest difficulty.

У меня не запускается игра (Windows 11 Pro). Выдаёт ошибку: "pak0.pk3" is missing.
Что делать? Как вкусить ту самую игру, которую не осилил в 7 лет?)

Ну сам мод, конечно, здоровский. Как уже неоднократно говорили: Короткий, атмосферный, эпичный, мясной.
Помню, в моей версии мода на пиратском диске были только стандартные саундтреки из RTCW. А в этой версии используются саундтреки из COD: World at War. И хочу сказать, что эти саундтреки нереально круто вписались в мод. И фразы Резнова тоже.

У меня одного последняя миссия непроходима?

Мод очень короткий (карты компактные), но насыщен событиями и заставляет окунуться во весь ужас городских боев. Повсюду руины, в каждом окне снайперы, по дорогам раскиданы противотанковые мины, от соприкосновения с которыми сразу наступает гамовер. Главное - как можно скорее получить Kar98k с оптикой, потому что такого количества кемперов вы не встретите ни в одной игре, а на реализме они лютуют. Что называется, почувствуй себя Василием Зайцевым.

Enemies everywhere, numerous counterattack waves from all sides, danger behind every window, exploding walls as you progress, mines and air/artillery strikes will not allow you much respite. An aptly named mod, with rather short maps and Russian-speaking Germans.
Didn't enjoy music much, but that's just me.
Oh and when you free the captain don't follow him, you don't have the same map exit. Yes you need to find map exits after some missions.

This was alright! I think the tone and combat flowed okay I just find issues with the level design and the... mines. But overall it was pretty good

Pretty great mod. Fun short yet intense skirmishes filled to the brim with enemies, clever mine placement to keep you on your toes, you'll be too busy watching the floor to notice the German hiding behind the corner, very clever stuff. Nice music, not headache inducing like other mods. It also doesn't outstay it's welcome at only an hour long. Would recommend!

I guess I played other mod as I didn't found it very difficult. It took me around a hour to finish this mod on realism difficulty and medkit placement seemed quite fair. Yeah there is a lot of enemies coming from all sides yet it's still bearable.

This c*ka bl*at mod pissed me off on the lowest difficulty. Every other window has a machine gun nest sniping you, enemies spawn all around the place and swarm you like they are some zerg cosplayers, most using high damage rifles ofc, often alert while you can't even see them because of the fog of war and you only get a scoped weapon like 4 levels in. Do we really need that random instakill plane/mine combo too? Every level is just a bunch of ruined house glued together too. The bridge level is sort of memorable but it's just a shooting gallery with 0 level design. Lame how you need to find an exit after completing the objectives too, it feels unnatural somehow. I actually tried to destroy the tanks on the other side of the bridge...

Pros:
- Short, good looking, full of action levels
- COD World at War music + Reznov voice
Cons:
In few levels you NEED to find the level exit, they are not placed organicly like in rtcw at the end. But levels are small soo its not so bad :D

But most importantly this campaing makes you FEEEL like a Soviet Infratry Man

Мод в целом замечательный... Но ОДНО БОЛЬШОЕ НО! И это ебанные мины которые меня убивали в сотни раз чаще чем враги, просто разобрался с толпой врагов почти без урона, при этом не сохранившись, делаешь шаг назад и БУМ!!! И взрывается не только жопа персонажа игры...

Very nice campaign ! awsome music and i like the added voicelines to german soldiers,
first campaign i played with friendly NPCs!
Only thing thats missing is some english subtitles over the parts where russian is spoken but otherwise its great !

This is a pretty good mod, but please, place more medical supplies around the map. On Realism difficulty, I constantly find myself near death with nothing to heal myself with. This just encourages save scumming.

Aside from the *fucking* anti-tank mines that partially hide in debris or are just hard to see due to the general darkness of the surroundings, it was getting substantially more fun as each level went on. I would've liked more 'soviet' ammunition and healing items to be available as they felt like actual secrets to find most of the time. It is possible to flump destroying the bridge by putting the dynamite on the wrong spots, which happened to me. I got too immersed and just chucked them before realizing I had to destroy the sides of it meticulously lol.

This mod gave huge Call of Duty vibes with the Stalingrad setting from CoD1 and the music from WaW. Map design was pretty good and WWII accurate, as were the character models and weapons. There's 10 maps but they are pretty short. Some highlights of this campaign includes avoiding a tank by moving up and below ground, fighting through a trainyard, and blowing up a bridge to repel enemy forces. Some annoying things include the land mines laying everywhere which can sometimes be hard to spot and result in instant death. There are also secret areas although I didn't find a single one. Overall I give Stalingrad 4 stars and would recommend.

This mod is awesome, just look out for mines and pick an appropriate difficulty for yourself and you'll be golden! This is the best RealRTCW addon in the workshop in my opinion.

When was this mod actually released? I remeber playing a very similar mod as a kid and I guess this was the one, the beginning of the mod is exactly what I remember.

The fidelity is a bit lower than other mods such as Vendetta, but stylistically the maps are very close to those in RtCW. The pacing is okay, but it does the usual mod thing of "throw a lot of enemies at player" in place of interesting map design or ideas. The levels are very corridor, the locations are empty and everything is way too dark. The sounds and music ripped from WaW is kinda jarring as well. Oh and whoever came up with the landmine idea needs to rethink their life choices.
There were a few levels with clever twists or ideas, but overall it's sadly "just another mod". It's not terrible, but not groundbreaking either in any way. If you want an extra hour of running and gunning, try it out.

Not very good. Enemies spawn randomly all around like annoying ants and most of the time you just die from a random explosion out of nowhere, plus the levels are boring.

The opening cut-scene with Viktor Reznov's speech was extremely cringe, but the other stuff like the WAW music, custom Russian-German NPCs, and personal story written by our character for the loading screens/notebook are very nice additions to an otherwise basic but decent map pack. Overall this was an enjoyable map pack that's hard at first, but gets easier as you pick up more ammo for your workhorse weapons like the MP40 and rifles.

I recommend anyone wanting more RealRTCW action to install this addon.

Ok sounds of call of duty and Victor Reznov :D I like. I like that mod when u start some part u have 100 hp and armor and it's slowly go down to 50 ( I was playing on I am death incarnate ) So lots of killing espacially that part with tank :D and the bridge my fcking god. So u will be using mg42 full auto ^^ flamethrower and greanades. Ppsh and mosin <3 much love but I have found I like Kar more or maybe I had more ammo. As WolfETPlayer says this is quite unbalanced but even that does not disturb me in completing the campaing. I do recommend but that for me is not worth 4 stars or maybe the nostalgia bring u all back to this soo yeah :D

Pretty fun once you get used to it! The CoD:WaW music and Red Orchestra 2 battlecries were a nice touch.

My only small complaint is that some of the levels have badly placed level end gates so I spent wayyy too long trying to find the exit.

It was the most intense war experience i ever played.

One of the best Wolf mods! Maps are short, but demanding and show the reality of war - bloody reality. I played on I Am Death Incarnate and I died many, many times. So enjoyable finishing it!

Reading through the comments I expected this to be an utter mess. Well, maybe it was in its original form (which I haven't played) but this reworked / rebalanced release is not bad at all. It is not your typical B.J. adventure but rather a series of short fights for survival alongside your A.I. comrades (which do surprisingly good) through the ruins of Stalingrad - kinda enjoyable even, once you get the hang of it. Oh, those are not 'random blow ups that a plane does' that insta-kill you in the first few maps but rather semi-hidden landmines, so take care not to step on 'em.

Yeah, that is also true so I noticed most of the improvements nowadays. Perhaps I'll give it another go whenever I have time for it.

@Connor I think you played it back in 2.1 days when AI skills werent scaled depending on the difficulty level. Things were certainly improved since then.

As the last time I ever played this map pack in probably a few years ago and havn't finished it, the difficulty can be VERY unforgiving and bullshit. I can understand that but then again, I kind of love it despite how brutal it is.

Is it really perfect? Of course not but it still gave me nostalgia even the original mod itself! If you can't take a heat then go pick a lower difficulty, that's really my best suggestion for those who wants to play this mapset again.

Ух, этот мод действительно ужасен. Ну тот, что был в первоначальном варианте, когда аддон только вышел. Я до сих пор от него вздрагиваю. Хотя, последний раз я в него играл... лет 15-ть назад. А может и больше.
Думаю, ради ачивки и ностальгии, стоит дать ему еще один шанс.

Then my recommendation for you is to remove the achievements from the worst (or at least from the way too long) addons, this way, you wont frustrate the achievement hunters (whos only here for achievements, not for horrible mods), and make the fans happy, since they will play them nonethless it have achies or not.

I mean, this is quite silly and unbalanced, horribly designed map pack. But this is part of the rtcw community history.Also a big nostalgia hit for many rtcw players who played it back in 2000s.
