To clarify,I decided to discontinue the Gladius + submods for two reasons,first because I personally don't share the view of how that mod micro scaled all the units and second as I have no time to keep every of my multiple mods up to date simultaneously.
Therefore for the time being I will remove the Gladius + mods for Chapters Of The Imperium from the Workshop.
I made a temporary fix by copying the "Headquarters.xml.ext" from the Black Templars to the ones who crashed. This works to avoid crashing, but this is probably not the correct file. The White Scars, Imperial Fists and Ultramarines ones seem to be broken.
I keep getting the error that "Units/Ultramarines/Headquarters" does not exist. Same vs White Scars and Imperial Fists. I can DM you a picture of the full error if needed.
I have all your mods (Imperium 1/2, Heretics, Eldars) and their compatibility with Gladius+. They are all listed before Gladius+ in the mod list.

Why do I keep getting Units/BlackTemplars/Terminator does not exist???
I might someday update it but first I will concentrate in adding the Primaris for the remainin chapters.
Your error is not caused by my core mods anyway.

maybe I am wrong. I get confused which on befor mainmod. Does it mean all "CoI +" befor "CoI"
Just wanted to update. You're good, it was a conflict between this mod and Unit Pack. The demolition pack added assault terminators which (I assume) conflicted with your own causing CTD, while prompting an error with your pack unit.
Clean it works great. Thanks for all you've done for the game.
When you subscribe to my other sub-mod for Devian units make sure to put it on the top of my main mod and his one.
Keep in mind that it won't work without the main mods Chapters Of The Imperium and the Heroes Of Legends (add-on and heroes)
are there some other mods that you are using that cause conflict?
My rig is pretty decent running a 4080 with plenty of ram.
The crashes were specifically stating missing features of your mod. Stating that Crimson Fist missing Terminators, etc.
I just cleared my modlist to try to get the Rubicon Primaris achievement (which is not working) so I'll run just your mod to see how it performs with zero mods. I'll get back to you
Sometimes older rigs can't handle too many mods for this game as the memory required makes the game CTD.
Try for example to reduce the active mods that you use at the same time.

Ran great until I spawned the unit.
Pt 1 & 2 were included.
Tested with Gladius and without (include your + patch)
Couple others crashed (Ultramarines) as well but Crimson Fist is the most prevalent

There are other priorities now for Chapters Of The Imperium,I want to add all the Primaris units and rework each faction.
Then I will make it compatible with immersive scale.

I am not using my main rig as I am on a business trip until Monday.
As far as I remember I haven’t done any Ultramarines Terminators in white helmet but need to double check.
Though in the future I am open to add more units,the first thing and the priority for me at this stage is to bring all the Primaris units to every chapters and so far I have done this with the Ultramarines,Imperial Fists and Dark Angels.
Most likely the next chapter that will be revised are either the White Scars or Salamanders.
Official in-universe is red for Sergeants, white for First Company Veterans, and red with a white stripe for Veteran Sergeants, but before the Mark of Calth during the Horus Heresy the red helmet was a mark of censure and every one else had blue helmets.
And yes you need some of them.
