I can confirm the giant building has missing textures. I have CSS as well.

As for loading times.... I dunno. I haven't seen a difference, and that's on a hard drive, so it should be okay. Precalculating these is just Source's way of doing things.

Unfortunately due to custody(I'm still in HS) I don't have access to my pc atm. It will be awhile. I am making a list of fixes though so that when I do get back the map will be fixed. Even if nobody cares by that point.

Missing textures? You have CSS? Pictures of the surfaces in question would be nice. Also the roads do glitch out if existance if you're too far. Might change them.
