For those who couldn't get the thing running, which is true for all skin mods out there,
Sometimes skins wont render at all when their ModInfo file has decimal values
(My assumption is that when the game tries to run, instead of reading "36,6" it reads "366" ingnoring the decimal. so just edit the ModInfo file to delete those decimal values all together, and it works.)
