Anyone is allowed to reupload as you donot own any copyright to that property. your edits can be edits but there is nothing stopping me from taking a model you do not own or had permission you even port yourself. Good luck enforcing that with steam. Come up with your own IP and you will have copyright.

@Rikiya Althought the model is not mine (like specified in the description), the model has tons of edits and fixes done to the car model, as well of material and uv mapping work.

Think it yourself, spend many hours and days on something even if the base of it is not yours, just so a guy ramdonly steals it and claims it's been edited by him, you don't want that right?

@The Unfraggable Soldier thanks for letting me know, just checked all material paths and I have found one which used the path of another vehicle of mine, I just deployed an update and it should fixed, lmk about it ^^

Even with the shared textures installed, the materials for the gauge cluster trim and the trim around the shifter base are missing textures
