Can you add a gold bonus when borders are closed with a wall constructed? Or maybe, walls and castles and such also act like constabularies?

I have a question. And although the mod is not displayed to me, I have had to find out after several unsubscribing and subscribing that the mod is nowhere to be found. I rule out memory issues, other mods show up with no problem. does anyone know what could be causing this?
