I've been going through the holds to get these, and I got the vanilla weapon from Riften instead of Black Whisper.

And now I think the Reach hold weapon should've been called "Blood and Silver". For its popular saying that blood and silver flows through Markarth.

This is perfect, most hold weapons players get is so poop, they just sell it immediantly or give it to their housecarl/companion. Thx!

I didn't get the ebony war axe when I became thane of Riften. What should I put in the console to spawn a new one?

Can you please make this mod for the base game? I don't have any of the dlcs and this mod would be awesome to have.

This is one of my favourite mods, it actually convinced me to go and complete the different holds' quests. My personal favourite weapon is Shadow Bite, however I noticed a discrepancy in the weapons menu - that I have only noticed after my character became a Vampire. The sword's damage value increases when equipped and returns to base when unequipped, the higher value making it my best weapon. I assume this is due to the enchantment dealing increased damage to undead and Vampirism classing my character as undead. I'd just like to know if this is intentional and whether the increased damage value is actually true. Many thanks.

Are there any item codes for the weapons? no matter how many times i reload the game, the only weapon i'm given is shadowbite, and all the other jarls give me regular enchanted weapons rather than a "blade of" weapon.

Your nexus link appears to be screwed up-all it shows is the ad banner when clicked (at least on miy end). Or it could be that Mozilla and Steam aren't getting along

Hey guys, I got this mod earlier tonight and so far i cant get my housecarl of morthal to spawn Ive untistalled the game but for what ever reason after I did so the last save I have is from 3 hours ago, so I dont want to lose all the stuff I did in-between that can anyone help me to spawn in the house carl of Morthal? my whole character is sort of based around being a "knight of the swamp" so it is kind of important for him.

ive got it sorted with the mace, with the thane trade system.

chicago89...the housecarl thing is a common bug with hearthfire in general...not necessarily caused by this mod, but it could be a factor. The next update will no longer have compatibility issues with hearthfire, so should clear things up. If you're still getting a mace, the mod is simply not functioning or has bugged, I recommend the thane trade system, failing which it might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling.

I´ve been experiencing that i don´t get the housecarls from Falkreath and Morthal(maybe also Dawnstar/Pale), and still getting a crappy enchanted iron mace from Laila Law-Giver as usual.....

Amazing mod! I hated the fact that all we got for becoming thanes was a crappy enchanted iron weapon & a get out of jail free card. Now we get some seriously cool weapons. Keep up the good work! :D

I have the True Nordic Hero Weapons mod installed and I gotta say: Dovadaan has never looked better.

I wanted to love this mod but when I got my first Thane weapon (through the Thane Trade system), the name didn't identify the hold it was from. I thought that was because of the trade but when I earned my next Thane weapon, the name didn't identify the hold either. I love the weapons themselves but I unsubscribed because the hold not being identified. Thank you for the great work on this mod even though it doesn't fit my needs!!

Ecthelion...in my experience, the ID changes from system to system...no idea why. You're better off looking it up yourself in the CK on your system

Or just all of them, since it seems to be a reocouring problem here, that the Reften weapon still is a little bit bugged.

OBLOOD...no, most of the weapons rely on scripts and things that just wouldn't work on an enchantment

can you disenchant the weapons and use those enchantments?

Thanks for making this, it was disappointing in vanilla to have a unique thane weapon that wasnt unique and whose enchantment, especially the first one, become worthless as one leveled quickly past their functionality. Now I have a weapon(s) (just received Dovahdaan) that I can total use throughout the game assuming I can temper them.

noahjwest...if you install the mod while a thane quest has already begun, you'll likely receive the vanilla thane weapon...that's what the thane trade is for really

do all the hold function correctly? I just became Than of the rift and it gave me a iron war ax of sparks, I fixed it useing thane trade. I am just trying to point out what could be a bug. P.S. your mods rock

Zim yeah, but skyrim is not a 100% recreation of actual norse society, there's even crosbows man!! still it's your mod and you get to do with it what you want, just saying it'll be a nice thing to do for those who play an archer, i actually play as a battlemage and most of your 1h weapons fit me well, they are really well done by the way

hadjidude100...never heard of that being a problem, can't honestly say what might be causing it. Maybe your system has a problem with weapons added by mods? Have you tried placing weapons from other mods onto weapon racks?

Any reason the weapons won't mount on weapon racks? Had it happen across several of the weapons. Seems to be somewhat intermittent as well, occasionally working but mostly not. Not a big deal really but I like them up where I can see them if I'm not using them.
