North German, Baltic and Irish characters all appear in gowns by default. Using RICE and EPE with their related patches with the right loading order. Any recommendations?

Very interesting

After a little bit of testing, first mod that doesn't work with CFP was More Holding Graphics, but I found out that it has com patch as well. Didn't even thought it was needed. Check MHG + EPE Compatch mod page for load order and needed mods, because it's getting complicated.
And after checking, everything worked fine. Then I added rest of my mods - everything works. So check com patches.
(Had to separete my message in two because of character limit)

So, some feedback. It's 30.01.2025, latest version of the game, all DLCs except for western slavic cloths. It's gonna take alot of time check all my 49 mods, especially now when the game loads so long even without mods, so I'll be writing this comment in real time re-enabling mods one by one.
With 49 mods enabled I had many characters in white rags (I don't know how to call it). I decided to launch only flavor pack mod. To be clear, all I check is map right after I press play as any or custom lord. Can't really say what will happen during gameplay.
So, with only CFP, mostly everything fine (didn't check every lord, but bunch of them from different contries and I guess culture).
With CFP and EPE + com patch I had some (maybe 2 or 3) lord in white clothing, but with hats and cloaks, so maybe it is intended behaviour.

Note: If you pair this mod with Ethnicities & Portraits Expanded mod, it makes the Pope naked for some reason.
Sinkeerz 26 jan @ 2:10
Hello, pope and somes others characters are naked, is there a fix ?
Pacifik 25 jan @ 12:37
If characters in game are lacking proper clothes, it’s because you enabled this mod mid-save. Start a new game.
asinefred 24 jan @ 13:40
Some dlcs do not work with this mod, you see the white tunics or prison rags instead which turns me off from using it
Pappirap 24 jan @ 11:49
Could be the best mod on the workshop, but have to turn it off. The white tunics or prison rags on so many character are immersion breaking...2 stars
RioDinero 23 jan @ 23:34
Start a new game mod should work fine
RioDinero 23 jan @ 23:34
Entitlement is crazy.
Stebben the Rat 21 jan @ 10:30
dude bro i don't wanna be that guy, but you have made one of the main mods for a large variety of folks mod-lists. With that in mind i think its only fair given the fact that you have a large group supporting you're effort that you listen and/or respond to the problem or tell us you wont . its not that hard to tell people "i'm not gonna update this for a while" or literally anything. im sorry if you find this rude , but its more of a critic. now have a good day.

The character in the war lost their leg armor. I checked the error log and there were countless lines reporting the same thing: "Accessory m_legwear_sec_pol_common_01 is not usable on portrait type male, it is scripted only for group." Wondering if anyone else has the same error?:cody:

Pagan slavs still bugged with middle-eastern style of clothing - fix your shit, I even went to our discord to report it and nothing has happened in months
Tafar 20 jan @ 11:42
I am forced to turn the mod off for now because European,Scandinavian and Siberian characters in white tunics in the EFP mod :(
TheMan 20 jan @ 10:20

TheMan 20 jan @ 10:19
Amazing mod
Silentbyte 20 jan @ 9:50
Achievement compatible?
HowdyDooBroYT 19 jan @ 3:16
Nobody in the middle east is wearing clothes for some reason
JamieStylez 13 jan @ 14:59
I fixed the hussar wings problem manually myself, but now I have the white gown problem. It's only affecting Irish / Goidelic people (so Irish, Scottish, definitely). but outside of those, 100% okay. any advice? Thank you.
LeTaurion 13 jan @ 11:03
Problem solved. I no longer see the Hussar wings.

But I forgot to mention that knights, in their default configuration, appear to me as "no legwear". This only happens with knights and when my character changes his clothing when entering a war.
Sapper 13 jan @ 9:09
Does that mean I have to start a new game if the save (ironman) I'm using was from a few days before the EPE/CFP updates? I'm seeing the hussar wings everywhere and the game keeps crashing on queue every 10 minutes. Using the exact same mods and load order that worked perfectly before.
nasirasadansari42 12 jan @ 17:58
Anyone notice that the eastern European, Scandinavian and siberian characters in white tunics in the EFP mod
James Blazer 12 jan @ 14:17
Should work now with the EPE and CFP compatch update. Dont see the hussar wings anymore
Zorgeck 10 jan @ 14:44
why tf is literally everyone wearing Hussar wings? Whenever "none" is selected for a cloak as a military commander, they get the wings.
Milsugione 10 jan @ 4:17
could we get a gamerule to enable or disable ermine cloaks
Mundzuk 9 jan @ 18:02
Why does Custom Text not work?
FELT 9 jan @ 17:36
Hussar Bug makes early dates unplayable
SpacePoon 9 jan @ 14:20
Hussar bug is unplayable-y annoying and ugly
James Blazer 9 jan @ 5:19
Sounds logic @Uddboll. Fingers crossed
VBCI92 8 jan @ 18:53
same hussard wings to all catholic
Uddboll 8 jan @ 12:41
Most likely a compatibility issue with EPE since this bug with characters being Winged Hussars occured on Jan 6 when EPE received an update. Just have to wait for the CFP + EPE Compatibility patch to update aswell.
Cardolam 8 jan @ 11:34
I played today and did not see a single instance of what has been reported for the last few days. I play with CFP + EPE.
Cookie 8 jan @ 11:25
Yeah as posts below say, played as England and all commanders had winged hussar's wings on the back. Very accurate *sarcasm*
rv 8 jan @ 7:54
this mod is bugged for everyone wondering, puts on Hussar Wings as NPC's default cloak, mod author NEEDS to fix this
Merlin 8 jan @ 1:39
Hussar wings on my guys
James Blazer 8 jan @ 1:20
Second that. Every character now has Hussars Wings on. It just happened two days ago
LeTaurion 7 jan @ 11:10
Having the same problem here too. Every character of western culture had Hussars Wing and no armor on their legs either. Now, it only happens when I run it with EPE. So, maybe the problem is with that mod and not with CFP.-
Tekaraji 7 jan @ 0:59
Same too nikdonikde...Every character in Western culure had Hussars Wing on their armor in my game.
nikdonikde 6 jan @ 23:44
*Ok on second launch of the game the bug just reoccurred again. So seems like I will need to do this every time I'm launching the game.
nikdonikde 6 jan @ 22:23
I had a problem with every character of Western culture (Norman, Anglo-Saxon, French etc.) had Hussars Wing on their armor. This didn't applied for Norse, Slavic, Arabic, Iranian and simply other culture just what we think of as today "West".

Anyway reinstalling this mod removed this issue. So if you have a problem with similar problems of Slavic attire appearing on other culture characters give it a go.

@castagear: you want to read the 2nd line in better barbershop description
Castagear 5 jan @ 9:05
Isn't compatible with better barber shop and color picker. it blocks these mods. Is there a method to work around that issue?

Those stuck with white clothes - have you checked if those kingdoms follow a religion that doesn't wear clothes? If you have the vanilla nudity option off, the white nightsheet is the default unclad option.
Leo 1 jan @ 8:14
Hi, there's a bug with the Telle du Conquest artifact. It has two culture requirements that are not working, so one cannot use the artifact. I've traced this problem to this mod...

COMMENTS ARE NOT DISABLED HAHAHAHAHAAHAHHA
AdorableAurora 30 dec, 2024 @ 19:58
