Especially for rigging, it would be nice to attach more than one cable to a end point. Maybe divided by a comma in the data. (Like "a, b, c" and it connects to those 3 end points)

We use Randa's Thin Wings, which includes a version of this cable with their tail hook. I was wondering if it would be possible to add the on/off setting to the hook such that if it is turned off, the hook will not grab the rope but if it is turned on it will. The reason is that currently the hook catches on both takeoff and landing and it would be nice to use the same runway, by disabling the hook for takeoff.

Panic you do know that it does that because it is the point also its more made for a mobile base/carrier not a base with plenty of room for a Runway it is to slow the Plane down In less Distance making it need less time to stop

- Reworked system for adding / removing cables. It should now preserve the cables when the grid is pasted

- Tailhook can now be placed in any orientation,and has no collisions (thanks Consty for the suggestion)

your understanding seems to be wrong;
the cable will only "attach" if you exceed 10m/s (tailhook vs cable)
as long as you are above that speed relative to the cable, it will attach
so if you are going 100m/s and the tailhook intersects the cable, it will perform as intended
