Then the Doll was spawned. They start standing between the buildings, sometimes behind a building, then usually walk to a bar or store. You might have to look around a bit.

I tried this twice but there was no doll when I returned, just some guy offering to reset the process for 5000 cats. He seemed to think that I had received my doll and was happy with it? Where would I find the actual doll after it is made?

You need to leave Flat's Lagoon, travel some distance, and return.
I think if you go to the other side of one of the many lakes surrounding Flat's Lagoon, that will be far enough.

How long does it take for the new Doll to be made? Also will they come find me or will I need to go back and get them?

Seemed that an import was required then they appeared

By platform, I mean the Flats Lagoon settlement platform upon which everything is built.

1) If you have already visited Flats Lagoon, you need to import.
2) The person spawns on the platform outside the buildings. Depending on how many other mods spawn characters in Flats Lagoon, it might take a while to find the person.

I appreciate the time you put into this mod. Mod makers that do things for the community are awesome, and under praised for the time they put into things they don't have to do. so, Thank you.

I've added it for now, at least until I can figure out what is going on. Thanks for the bug report!

quick tested, it appears the mod also requires your insemination mod to work. you might want to add that onto the required items list. because I couldn't find the Technician until after I reinstalled your other mod.
