Hi mate, firstly a very nice job on this!
The issue I have is that the Swedish leagues is missing transfers and management movements (for example Kalle Holmberg plays for Djurgården and not IFK Norrköping, Rickard Norling until yesterday was coach for IFK Norrköping and not AIK Stockholm)

what he (bugracangundogdu) means is that the teams are allowed to have 14 foreign player contracts however only 8 of them can be on the field at the same time.
