Another suggestion - as this is rated for 60 "students" only, it might be fairer to drop the purchase price; at its current 10000 it's rather expensive for its effects.

Very nice! Just for your information, it would be better to call it either a "kindergarten" or a "nursery school" in English, because "nursery", by itself, usually means a place that grows young plants for sale to e.g. outdoor garden centres. Youchien is usually kindergarten. Hoikouen is more usually nursery school.

余談ですが、保育園が実在する場所から南南東に2kmちょっと進むと
このアセット のモデルがありますね。
今は違う店が入っているので実際に見ることはできませんが。
