Tried this mod with 1.5, it doesn't work. the menu when you right click a character (the way you would usually go to the barbershop) is translucent and the option for the barbershop is missing.
This applies to the player character too.

Just loaded a game, and the character interaction menu was transparent. Disabling this mod resolved the issue, so it may need an update for 1.1? Thanks!

It really helps with immersion.

this is great - I love raising one of my courtiers or knights to vassalage and upon becoming a landed noble giving them better clothes to befit their station
