Figured out what the issue is but can't fix it. For some reason, when pasted with the standard duplicator, the Dist function on the ranger (tripwire) is deleted causing the whole thing to fail. I will try to figure out a way to fix this dupe without using a ranger but I don't know when that will be.

Yeah I've run into that issue several times, but for me it's inconsistent. Only sometimes it fails to go off. I don't know if maybe a game update broke it or what. I'm looking into what might be causing it and hopefully I'll be able to prevent it.

for some reason, the shotgun wont shoot? I have propcore, wire_holograms_modelany 2, and wiremod installed

@minaah When you open the spawn menu, on the top right you will find a tab called Utilities. In there you will find a tab called Admin, under which you will find an option that says E2 Extensions. Then just scroll down, find propCore and make sure it's checked.

yeah sometimes it doesn't want to work when u walk through it from one side. I think it might have something to do with server tickrate but I'm not sure, not knowledgeable enough on that.

when I walk through the trip wire nothing happens. I have wiremod, I put "wire_holograms_modelany 2" In the console, and I have propCore enabled. help?

@water In singleplayer and on your p2p server once you enable it it stays on until you disable it. On public servers depends if the owner has it enabled for all members.

Perhaps you didn't enable propCore so wiremod can't find that function (since it technically manipulates a prop). When you open the spawn menu, on the top right you will find a tab called Utilities.
