Is there anyway to implement laws without the requirements? If I use allow_laws I still cant enact the professional army, since im playing agot mod and therefor dont have access to technology
KTrordu 27 Jul, 2023 @ 4:04pm
You really should delete this disgusting revolt simulator.
Freeasabird🕊 31 Oct, 2022 @ 4:45pm
Brutal :/
Watcher9 17 Oct, 2022 @ 8:22am
Will ye fix this or no?
god of being bad at everything 5 Apr, 2022 @ 5:06am
dunno, I used this on an an existing save, the fully professional army was wonderful, except it didnt work at all, still was stuck with levies and i didnt get the retinue size, but still got the negative opinion...
Rannic64 4 Jul, 2021 @ 7:30pm
the revolt bug needs fixed ASAP but its a good mod beyond that
Inquisitor 4 Feb, 2021 @ 8:43am
Those laws only appears for catholics? I'm playing with reformed germanics and they don't appear to me

Tried it, pretty sick but massive amount of revolts caused by a few vassals choosing tyrannical cultural and religious laws that kept spawning Rebels. Also noticed a bug, the "Tyrany against heretics" and such modifiers would remain in the province forever, even after the province in converted to your religion or culture. Would love to keep playing with this mod, but the current stage is unenjoyable.

Sounds like an interesting mod but hopefully mod can be corrected
lalarukh3 21 Oct, 2020 @ 8:33am
Same mass revolt bug here, unfortunately. Ideas behind the laws are pretty good.
Angel 29 Sep, 2020 @ 4:27am
nonstop rebellion and no conversion that isn't fixed with changing the law back, as reported by others :(
HotCheezyBuns 24 Sep, 2020 @ 4:44pm
is this compatible with the Nova Monumenta Historia?
Jappards200 19 Sep, 2020 @ 5:28pm
How about a set of laws that allow revocation of titles more freely?:
"Subdue The burgher": Allows revocation of burgher titles without tyranny penalty. Burgher vassal opinion -30(good for merchant republics who have become very powerful).
"Subdue The Nobility": Allows revocation of noble titles without tyranny penalty. Noble Vassal -30.
"Subdue The Clergy": Allows revocation of clergy titles without tyranny penalty. Clergy vassal -30.(This is de facto free investiture, so the relevant religious heads will act as such)
"None": Revocation of titles has tyranny penalty.

High opinion penalties, because you basically give yourself the power to revoke freely, but in turn allows you to subdue vassals who can be troublesome in gaining power.

Another thing, the medieval times always had a conflict between Monarchs, Nobility, Clergy and the Burgher classes. I want to be able to play them off against each other as well.

Ah, I see the forever genocide modifier issue has already been reported
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 30 Aug, 2020 @ 7:16pm
people keep saying it but that should hav been fixed already... im starting to thing i need to reupload the mod to fix that.... Well ill try again tomorow
Sel Und Irae 30 Aug, 2020 @ 12:36pm
Interesting mod but touching the culture or religion slider is a death sentence as it never expires and after reverting law it continues the mass revolt debuff making it impossible to hold against the un yielding onslaught of revolt
Deadpan 23 Aug, 2020 @ 9:43am
:steamhappy:
☩ RdB ☩ 22 Aug, 2020 @ 8:47pm
Really interesting mod, always wanted some more laws to play with
Rams 21 Aug, 2020 @ 12:20pm
@Ryzaki Having the same issue as this guy. County tags won't go away and no conversion is happening.
J0KeRzW!lD 21 Aug, 2020 @ 8:27am
Is there a manual download?
Ryzaki 21 Aug, 2020 @ 12:15am
And it doesn't go away even if you revert back or the popluation has already turned
Ryzaki 21 Aug, 2020 @ 12:15am
I don't know if this is a bug. But I tested the harsh culture rules. The culture genocide tag stays on indefinitely. Once you turn on harsh, all your province will have +25% revolt rate til the end of time.
PathFinder 19 Aug, 2020 @ 11:20pm
@TheAuditor24 I play with full HIP and its working just fine.
Elidurden123 19 Aug, 2020 @ 1:31pm
Does the tolerance laws disable the demand religious conversion?
Eagle 11 18 Aug, 2020 @ 1:45pm
im using A Bigger Interface, adding this mod caused to interface to use old length of scroll bar. interferes with it somehow.
it says council not allowed to vote for peasant taxation, yet they do anyways and all have no opinion on it so it never passes.
Musswihs 18 Aug, 2020 @ 8:24am
how retinue work? I just take laws and this not work
PathFinder 18 Aug, 2020 @ 12:33am
@ALF yes, its working with full HIP.
OSST 17 Aug, 2020 @ 11:20pm
anyone can confrim if it worsk with hip ?
Human72 15 Aug, 2020 @ 9:56pm
intresting and yeah we will need something like this especally with events related to migration etc cause laws in the middle ages are as like now more complex and numerus etc especally singature ones for the times.
Averious ღ 15 Aug, 2020 @ 2:06pm
I'll check it later, thanks for responding :3
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 15 Aug, 2020 @ 1:03pm
It should be otherwise id need to add dependencies which i should do another time
Averious ღ 15 Aug, 2020 @ 11:30am
Are you planning to make this HIP compatible?
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 15 Aug, 2020 @ 8:32am
off i gotta fix that fast
Dani 15 Aug, 2020 @ 7:19am
Deleting the other descriptor files worked. Thanks duffy!
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 14 Aug, 2020 @ 6:29pm
Ill try to fix it as soon as i can then
duffychan07 14 Aug, 2020 @ 6:03pm
Try opening the mod folder for CK2 (C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod) and finding more_realm_laws.zip and delete descriptor.mod files inside that zip.
Dani 14 Aug, 2020 @ 8:55am
It doesn't work for me now. I use other mods, but it used to work well. Since this update the laws don't show up at all. (Not even with a fresh start)
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 14 Aug, 2020 @ 4:34am
Updated the mod to have a courtier marriage authorazation law! And Fixed some bugs with provinces not losing the tyranical bonuses due to a lacking =
Raphael_B 13 Aug, 2020 @ 7:58pm
I hope you add more laws that can control what ai lords can and cannot do
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 13 Aug, 2020 @ 6:24pm
well, autonomousn culture reduces tax and revolt risk, culture and group define if a extra tax is placed on people of diferent religion or religion group, and tyranical creates horrible revolt risk but slowly converts provinces you own to your culture.
Same thing applies to religious but its a bit more harsher
Elidurden123 13 Aug, 2020 @ 6:05pm
What does the culture and religion laws do?
gr8_hate 13 Aug, 2020 @ 1:35pm
is it possible to make this HIP compatible?
el Branco 11 Aug, 2020 @ 11:58am
No problem, mod looks promising
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 10 Aug, 2020 @ 11:44pm
sorry lucas i did awnser but i had to reupload so its in the previous page.... the ai does use it, but its semi random for now with little influence from traits (requires cruel to increase harshness laws and greedy to increase peasant tax laws and viceverca)
el Branco 10 Aug, 2020 @ 7:08pm
Asking again, didn't saw if you awnsered it, does the ai use it?
Lazy Invincible General 10 Aug, 2020 @ 12:36pm
I will be watching this mod as its nice
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 10 Aug, 2020 @ 8:15am
Uff, being code checked by a viewer... Thanks tho imma check it out :3
Siðhrafn the Spoopy 10 Aug, 2020 @ 6:16am
Line 180 and 234 in 'cipher_laws_events.txt' are missing equation signs.
Pattable 9 Aug, 2020 @ 4:17pm
Can you post screenshots of the specific effects of each law? I can only get a vague idea of what the laws actually do just by the names alone.
"Magickarp" Cipher  [author] 9 Aug, 2020 @ 12:25pm
Sorry everyone, i had to reupload to fix Alot of bugs.... Steam workshop sometimes sucks...
