Church seat, I just tried to test the issue you're having and the only way to fix this is to re-switch to the physgun or left-click. The physgun viewmodel is being overwritten by the SWEP after detonating but, it doesn't break anything so it's no problem.

Please update this. whenever i switch over to my physgun after pressing the button it just glitches out and makes my physgun a non-functioning detonator.
