@MrGsPhace you can change it in game, no need for mods. Just click on the building, then click on the name of the building and it should let you change the name, then hit enter.

add tag "town hall" and correct "rautsz" into "ratusz"

if you will take the time to direct your eyes towards the bottom right corner and read the letters one by one, you will discover that "gleiwitz" is in fact spelled correctly, as is "gliwice"
