totally...
As to making something "new", I don't think Ravenfield is fit for my ideas. I've been working on a sci-fi setting for a while and it takes place in a somewhat near-future era so it would basically zero ways to stand out in gameplay, there's no way to make orbital mechanics in Ravenfield.
Still, I think I'm just done with Ravenfield, been too much effort for basically no reward or community recognition and all I've accomplished is for my skills to completely stagnate.
Thanks for all the words, though, the people I mention definitely weren't the majority.
My only suggestion would be to take a break and simply think of something noone has done before, even another world building mod, but set in a new timeline that's totally diffrent from all the well done projects.
I don't know, I might be wrong
And, yes. Me and Everata's writer decided to stop development on the Ravenfield mod for sort of the same reasons as I did with Delum.
Also the competition is really hard, especially to make an alternative timeline mod, when authentic mods like WW2c or PGW are extremely well done and has a ton of great talent working on them.
Unfortunately, both of my most recent projects were too late for that era.
Thanks for enjoying our content!
no matter the cause, you did a splendid job, I enjoy this as much as altirus. Hell, I wouldn't even compare the two, Delum def had some interesting maps.
Either way, thank you for your work.
