That is probably just a problem you are having with the base mod. This sub mod shouldn't cause a crash at all.

No it's ok. I think most people enjoy levelling up their armies so I don't think it will be needed.

Hello @gabe , I have suggestion for your submod, rather than using Noble and Professional for removing upkeep (Which doesn't apply to all faction's professional units properly).
I use " att_effect_force_army_campaign_upkeep_land " and set it to " faction_to_army_own " now every unit don't have upkeep.

Yeah it still does work.Make sure you only 1 cheat mod enabled at all time; otherwise it will no longer work.
