Lol. I actually was using Lithuania for testing and "balance". So yes it was made for minors really.

Thanks for releasing this! Fantastic mod, both this one and the regular version, this helps make tiny generic countries much more playable, and yeah bit OP on most the majors, so regular EGL is probably better for those.
