Regardless, it'll be stored in your mods download folders like any other steam game. Simply locate where it's stored in game files, and then locate a guide on how to mod a server.

Though spawnpoints are excluded, which puts some limits on places i'd prefer. IIRC I couldn't claim the firehouse in Rosewood for instance as it's a spawn point. I believe the same for the Mechanics shop north of town which are two common places I have used there.
