Only works if you:

- Connect electricity
- Have the large construction unlocked under Influence > Operations

I can confirm that this mod works fine. But it will only work when you have the Large Maintanance and Large Construction office unlocked. Which is the first upgrade under Influence > Operations. So its easy to get at start.For maintanance you need Optimized Maintanance which is 3rd upgrade.

I think I figured it out. I didn't have my upgrades to get the larger maintenance office yet. I did the upgrades so I had all 5 non-mod maintenance workers, then this mod started to work.

So I installed this, and it worked on one tower, on another it's giving the same issue as others are describing. It worked on the biggest sandbox tower, but not on the narrow one, in my case.

It works for 15 mins in....... then it stop and the new 20 dudes just stand there or get food sometimes.

Even after activating this and your other mods they don't show up in game.

I downloaded the clown mod that is linked above and that works fine, but this one doesnt.

I'm having the same issue as Alex. They just sit there, despite the floors of construction waiting to happen.

Also I'm able to place this mod, I see the worker's come in but then they just stay in their seats and not go out and construct anything, am I doing something wrong?

@audio434, you need to make sure the mod is enabled, and the go to the star looking icon ingame. It will be in that list, its the icon to the right of the bulldozer.
