Does this face pack conflict with the east African one? It seems from the description that they both alter the same graphic culture

The link to the direct download just brings me to page one of the paradox plaza page for the mod. There's like hundreds of pages, which one includes the portrait submods? Sorry, not trying to be needy, just genuinely confused haha
