Just incase anyone else is having issues with that. It can be spawned from:
Q Menu -> Entities -> StarWarsRP - Owain -> Medical Stretcher

OK let me say a few things about this, so this addon is pretty crappy, cant go up stairs, cant go through doors and cant go up ramps either.
If you stand on it, it slowly starts turning, and if its at the point of turning 180°it just starts hovering up into the void.
